Scope

SCHWARZMAN LTD ("SCHWARZMAN", "we") provides software, artificial intelligence, automation, data analytics, technology and professional consulting services to business customers. These terms apply to all such services unless a written agreement between SCHWARZMAN and the customer provides otherwise.

Nothing in these terms or on this website constitutes legal or tax advice.

Services and Deliverables

The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each engagement are defined in a written proposal, scope document or order confirmation. Changes to scope are agreed in writing.

SCHWARZMAN performs services with reasonable skill and care. Software, analyses, dashboards and AI-generated content are provided as technology and informational output; the customer remains responsible for decisions taken on the basis of that output.

Invoicing

Services are invoiced as agreed in the proposal or order confirmation, either per project milestone, per session or as a recurring advisory package. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SCHWARZMAN’s aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with an engagement is limited to the amount paid by the customer for that engagement. SCHWARZMAN is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in the customer’s country of residence.
